Agreement
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. Please read and sign this agreement before we begin -- the primary purpose which is to achieve a variety of key objectives including, but not limited to:
Confidentiality - All conversations between client and coach will, of course, remain confidential.
Session Time – Coaching is scheduled at the mutual convenience of the Coach and the Client.
Method of Contact: - Coaching sessions will be held by zoom for the most part but may be held by phone as per the request of the client, availability of the coach, and as mutually agreed based on scheduling compatibility. There will be no charge for brief and/or occasional phone conversations or e-mails that are solely for the purpose of coordination or "general communication" (i.e., not a "coaching session").
Changes – If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will need to give as much advance notice as possible. If you do not call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, you will forfeit the appointment and you will be charged a nominal fee. If it is an emergency, please call me as soon as possible and we will work around it.
Payment is agreed upon and due at the beginning of our work together.
