1. Your Relationship with Yourself or Your Personality DNA – This module, the foundation relationship for all the others, introduces the concept of self-awareness. It helps participants take a realistic look at themselves through informal as well as formal assessments uncovering strengths as well as areas for development.  The 'Domains of Self Knowledge' concept is introduced. 

2. Your Relationship with Your Values – Through interactive exercisses as well as assessments, this module helps participants uncover their top current values which include career as well as personal, spiritual, health, and financial.  Participants uncover their organization's values and discover ways to bring more of their personal values into their workplaces.

3. Your Relationship with Your Company/Organization -- Participants assess their knowledge of their organization's business strategy and culture in order to begin to build strategies for success within their individual positions and understand how they fit into the corporate structure of their organizations.  Emphasis is on professional presence and communication, influencing and risk-taking styles.  Participants will create a plan to strengthen relationships across the organization through networking skills. Remote work and its benefits and challenges is discussed.

4. Your Relationship with Your Boss/Manager - This module sometimes referred to as 'Managing Up' starts with the rationale for building a partnership with your Boss/Manager.  It continues with exercises enabling the participant to assess their present relationships including awareness of their boss or manager’s needs and priorities.  It addresses strategies for dealing with difficult bosses, including assertiveness and its appropriate use as well as how and when to use negotiation skills.

5. Your Relationship with Your Peers – One of the most significant developments in corporate management in recent years has been the ever-increasing use of teams to take on major internal and external projects. This module addresses teamwork principles plus cultural diversity and age and gender differences in the workplace. It helps particants to become aware of the issues of each group. It introduces the concept of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.

6. Your Relationship with Your Staff/Clients – This module discusses some of the special difficulties managers confront in dealing with staff members. Leadership styles are assessed and coaching techniques are introduced to facilitate motivating, delegating, and resolving conflicts with their teams. Customer service techniques for dealing effectively with clients are also emphasized.

7. Your Relationship with Your Work-Life Balance - The demands of work often leave little time and energy for family and friends. This module starts with a series of questions to allow participants to assess through the use of a pie chart where their time is being spent. Individual thoughts and feelings about work-life balance (different for everyone) are discussed. Participants identify their priorities for both work and home life, realizing that success means setting realistic priorities and goals, making deliberate choices and feeling comfortable with them.
