Marianne Melley Harrison

Marianne Melley has been conducting seminars for major corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations for the past 20 years. Participants are awed by her presentation skills, confidence and sense of humor which keeps her presentations lively. Her audio and video tapes on Conflict Resolution are being used for training purposes throughout the world. Marianne is a highly sought after group trainer and one-on-one Communications and Improvisation Coach.

She has conducted seminars and workshops for Russell Consulting at the following companies: Milbank Tweed, Hadley & McCloy (Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., New York), The New York Stock Exchange, Merrill Lynch, The College Board (New York, San Jose, New Jersey, Chicago),; The National Basketball Association; TSI Worldwide Communications; Eli Lilly, BMG Public Relations, The American Cancer Society. Marianne received her B.A. in Psychology from Fordham University and studied Education and Counseling at Hunter College as well as Conflict Resolution and Peace Education at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. 

Bill Prinzivalli

Bill Prinzivalli is an executive coach, organizational consultant, program facilitator, author, speaker, and one of the earliest certified practitioners of AQ (Adaptability), the next step in corporate awareness and focus after IQ and EQ. Implementation of the AQ program trains CEO's and leaders of companies, as well as their employees, in the language, framework, and application of AQ in the workplace. The program will enable participants to become skilled in adapting to the monumental changes and disruption the future of work will bring. In addition to traditional business strategies, Bill is expert in, and integrates, Mindfulness, Communications, and Improvisation into his sessions for more sustainable results. Much of this body of work is detailed in his recent book entitled, “Improvisational Leaders.”

Bill has a BS in Math, an MS in Computer Science, and an MBA, and spent the early part of his career in software development which led to building a building a multi-million-dollar software company. Bill has vast experience in developing business strategies, streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and planning for growth and/or transition. Whether the need is to help a startup or to fine-tune a mature operation, Bill draws upon his experience of working in both large and small organizations, from his creation of 4 startup companies, and from his consulting assignments for numerous organizations.

Janet Spadola

Janet is a bold, energizing coach and leadership trainer who brings clarity, presence, and purpose to every session—virtual or live. With a background that spans global business, higher education, and tech, she helps senior women leaders stop leading on autopilot and begin showing up confidently and connected. Known for her spirited delivery, neuroscience-backed tools, and real-world savvy, Janet turns “stuck” into momentum. Participants walk away with sharper presence, stronger communication, and sustainable habits that really stick.

With two master’s degrees and a career spanning business, tech, and education, she brings experience, fire, and practical strategy to every session. Her superpower? Helping leaders navigate change, uncertainty, and new chapters with clear eyes and a grounded voice—so they can lead with impact and live with intention.

 Denise Fucito 

Denise Fucito has provided motivational training, executive coaching, and keynote presentation services for worldwide organizations and non-profit associations in numerous industries for Russell Consulting. Her expertise includes providing training and coaching programs for corporate managers and their staffs as well as outplacement services for downsized employes. As a training advisor for CAEL (the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning) on the JP Morgan Chase Career Services project, Denise assisted downsized employees with skill assessment and training options and facilitated career development workshops and support groups.

Denise is well known for making her presentations and trainings fun, and it is this notion that has guided her in the pursuit of presenting business seminars, education programs, and keynotes that help individuals reach their full potential.

Denise has a Master’s degree in Education from Dowling College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Joseph’s College.
