"Just in Time" Learning Sessions for Mid and Senior Level Women
"Just in Time"© Learning Sessions for Mid and Senior Level Women
Numerous studies and focus groups have shown that women still face many of the issues inside organizations as they did 10 years ago. The following program was designed and presented in short form real-time learning sessions which meet women professionals exactly where they are, and align with their present reality.
The sessions are designed for on-site small groups rather than traditional training or digital formats which my professional experience has shown are not bridging learning gaps. Each 60–90-minute small group learning session for 10-12 women professionals is interactive, confidential, and designed to focus on real issues by generating participants’ insight and providing tools to enhance their performance.
Sessions to be delivered by Virginia Russell and her team of facilitators and executive coaches. Each has decades of experience helping women succeed through navigating their personal concerns through the ever-changing and challenging corporate terrain.
As a follow-up to the Learning Sessions, we offer one-on-one individual coaching sessions. These are aimed at ensuring that learning in the group sessions and the insights gained become action. A focus group with potential clients would be conducted to determine needs preceding implementation of the above program. See below the potential topics Russell Consulting has determined are relevant today and could be addressed in the learning sessions:
